My Little Bride
I saw this movie last week and never get tired watching it again and again. The story centers Suh Beoun, a typical 15 year old schoolgirl and Sangmin Park a 23 year old art intern. Beoun always thought of Sangmin as his older brother who always ticks her off. Both grandfathers are bestfriends. They planned to have their children marry. Unfortunately, they both got sons. So they thought of passing their unwritten law to their grandchildren. Beoun's initial reaction was to spurn his grandpa's request of course. Hehehehe... who would want to get married at this age, ne?
But Grandpa uses his health (manipulates ECGs and falsify its results to pretend that he's dying) to cow the poor Beoun (but grandpa isn't really a bad guy). He left her with no choice but to marry Sangmin. So they got married. In school, only her bestfriend knows about her secret marriage. It would be humiliating in her part if the whole school would know. She then meets a cute baseball player. The two grew fondness with each other. The girls in the school were jealous of her because they fervently dreamed of dating him. Even her bestfriend.
Now their parents brought a house for the young couple. Considering that Beoun is a minor, their parents decided to have their rooms separated. They were adamant in warning Sangmin that their will be no grandchildren yet until Beoun graduates college (she is still in 1st year highschool by the way). Sangmin conformed to the rules though their are times he plays on Beoun. And she on the otherhand thinks that Sangmin is a sleazebag and a pervert.
They are like cats and dogs inside their house. They throw veggies at each others face, fight over household chores and voraciously slurp spaghetti which they made together. One day, Sangmin was assigned by her senior to teach art class at Beoun's school.
Aaaack! I am an anti-spoiler. Why am I telling you all this. XP
